There are 2 additional bedrooms (each with queen beds) and 2 bathrooms. There is a “loft” with a regular stairwell with an additional area with TV, fun VHS tapes, a treadmill and a futon that can be pulled out for additional sleeping – a great space for kids or teens. AREA AND NEIGHBORHOOD: With very few homes in your view shed, the views directly to your east (toward the mountains) are protected by a conservation easement. The quiet roads leading to the house are on a “private drive” for only residents and also allow for great walks.
