BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This shabby-chic and vintage style home has so much character!  Every room and corner of this cozy home has unique and one of a kind details that make it feel like a home you have always known.   Easily accessed in the quiet and beautiful south east side of Livingston – you are walking distance to beautiful parks, the river, a lagoon, farmers markets, festivals and the active and thriving downtown of Livingston.   Less than a 1 hour drive from the house gets to Yellowstone National Park and 15 minutes to extraordinary hiking and mountain biking the Absaroka and Crazy Mountains.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: The home has 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.  2 bedrooms are downstairs, each with a queen bed.  2 smaller bedrooms are upstairs – one has a full size bed and the other bedroom has 2 singles- a great area for kids and those who don’t mind steeper stairs.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has a gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the cookware and serving ware you could need. The dining table is in the same large area as t the living room and seats six.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living room has a large sofa and 2 oversized chairs, credenza with Direct TV, games, books and large welcoming windows that let all the light in!  There are music channels available through the satellite TV, and of course free wi-if.

SETTING, ACREAGE, VIEWS: The home off a beautiful city street with sidewalks, a short distance from parks, an elementary school and walking paths.  A nice sized yard has trees and landscaping and a fenced back yard with patio, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and fire pit.

CLOSEST TOWN AND AIRPORT: From Livingston it is about 40 miles to Bozeman and Bozeman’s Gallatin Field airport (35 minute drive) and Yellowstone National Park is just under an hour away.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: The Absaroka and Crazy Mountains are filled with Forest Service Hiking trails, Yellowstone is 45 minutes away, the city of Livingston has galleries, museums, movie theater, shopping and more. You will likely find yourself perfectly content strolling the city streets and finding a bite to eat downtown and walking along the Yellowstone River in the evenings to watch fisherman, the eagles and occassional moose.
